Thanks for the link. Good read.

The whole ketchup on steak thing reminded me of a scene from the original "The Manchurian Candidate." James Gregory pounding Heinz ketchup on a breakfast steak while being schooled by Angela Lansbury.

Now we know what he plans to do with all the money once he gets that big contract.

I wonder if he knows he can get a DUI for going 88 MPH while smoking marijuana.

Are there really any good defenses in the NFL, at least by traditional measures?

To be fair to Jacksonville, the Jags were missing Bouye at cornerback against the Colts. One of their strengths is that they have two excellent corners. He practiced today, so he should play Sunday.

The Jaguars' pass rush really has faltered this season. They certainly aren't as good as they were last season, but pass defense is still their strong point and I don't trust the Pittsburgh offense when they are one-dimensional.

Edit: It may be a moot point. Conner managed to go through a full practice Wednesday. I don't think he has been officially cleared from the concussion protocol yet, but it sounds like he will be good to go. The bigger question for the Steelers at this point seems to be the status of defensive end Stephon Tuitt, who sat out Wednesday with an elbow injury. His improvement has been a big part of the team's improved defense over the last five games.

Because it's way easier to be Secretary of State than HC of a goddam football team. LOL

Instead of the wonderlic, Rice can have potential draftees get interviewed by Cheney and Bush. If Bush says the player is smart, don’t draft. If Cheney says the player reminds him of a younger version of himself, don’t draft.

In addition, she probably has access to secret files on every opposing coach. She can order hit squads for every game to mess with opposing coaches. Would work on everyone but belichick.

Rice: “so bill, unless your teams lays down today, your family dies.”
    Belichick: “fuck if I care.”
Rice: “ok, if the pats don’t lay down I have a team of snipers up in the rafters ready to shoot you.”
Belichick pulls out a photo of several men with gun wounds to their head: “you mean these snipers?”
Rice: “dear god, they had families.”
Belichick: “speaking of families, you check in on yours? Bwahahahah. No one fucks with me.”
