RE: Every time Trump references "his" generals:
Sorry, asshole, (or should I go ahead and say Sorry asshole,) "you" don't have generals.
They are the military's generals; that makes them the United States' generals; in other words, they are the "people's" generals.

I never watch Lou Dobbs, and from what I've read I strongly oppose his views on immigration, but if he's talking about the long-term process by which illegals become legal residents and then citizens and then vote, his rant above is based on a kernel of truth. Reagan's 1986 amnesty legalized the status of about 3 million people. Since then, a few million other illegals (based on incomplete information I've seen, I guess it's somewhere between 3 and 10 million) have adjusted status while in the U.S. - for example, after marrying U.S. citizens - and become legal residents. All these people can become citizens and then vote, and even though not all of them do, that's certainly enough new voters to influence elections in some areas. That's different from saying that millions of people recently entered the U.S. illegally and voted while in the U.S. illegally, though.

    That’s NOT the NATO agreement.

    Want to try again?

I just typed both Schiff and Schitt into Twitter. Neither auto-corrected. So that reduces the likelihood that he intentionally typed "Schitt" in response to an auto-completion.
Still one of the great moments in Twitter history.

This is one of the many reasons I don't get why the military seems to favor this asshole. I know the military are generally republicans. But if you have any respect for your own service to the country, shouldn't you be a bit offended that your commander in chief refers to generals as if they are his slaves?

Saw a poll last month of military personnel that was roughly 50-50 on Trump. That's 10 percent higher than the general public, which isn't that far off the general ratio, given the high percentage of white no-college men, his strongest group among civilians, in the ranks of the enlisted.
