It's a way to deflect when you're completely ignorant. Much like a former president being a whiny bitch because people have rejected his ideas of higher taxes so he just calls everyone who disagrees with him a racist.

 

Tax rates are lower than they've been for decades. Go live in fuckin' Somalia for your tax-free nirvana.

He's smacking at Mnuchin because he needs someone to blame for Richard Powell.

Poor Trump, there are all these people that he's pissed at, but the people around him won't let him smack around the head of the Fed, or the FBI, or Roberts at the Supreme Court. He's got to find his whipping boy somewhere, and he doesn't have Sessions to kick around any more.

Mnuchin will do. For now, anyway.

 

Author has good point. If Trump does ever visit the troops, it'll be another it's-all-about-me moment, like the rallies or, perhaps a better example, the speech to the Boy Scouts summer before last.
