A POS human being who has been married to the same woman for 25 years and is by all accounts a good father to his two children? What does that say about the current occupant of the White House?

    The Cruelty Is the Point
President Trump and his supporters find community
by rejoicing in the suffering of those they hate and fear.

Only the president and his allies, his supporters, and their anointed are entitled to the rights and protections of the law, and if necessary, immunity from it. The rest of us are entitled only to cruelty, by their whim. This is how the powerful have ever kept the powerless divided and in their place, and enriched themselves in the process.
    ...
Trump’s only true skill is the con; his only fundamental belief is that the United States is the birthright of straight, white, Christian men, and his only real, authentic pleasure is in cruelty. It is that cruelty, and the delight it brings them, that binds his most ardent supporters to him, in shared scorn for those they hate and fear: immigrants, black voters, feminists, and treasonous white men who empathize with any of those who would steal their birthright. The president’s ability to execute that cruelty through word and deed makes them euphoric. It makes them feel good, it makes them feel proud, it makes them feel happy, it makes them feel united. And as long as he makes them feel that way, they will let him get away with anything, no matter what it costs them.

How is he a POS? Because he wants to get to the same place as you by a different route and means?

I completely disagree that his only fundamental belief is what you have outlined. I don’t give him the credit of having a belief in anything but his self aggrandizement. If the democrats nominated and elected him he would insult Bitch McConnell at every opportunity. He would be in favor of pro-choice, as he has in the past. He would be very pro gay and lesbian rights and marriage equality as I believe he has been in the past. He says and does anything to get his name in print and on TV. His core belief is that he can build the best brand, not the best product. He not only wants to be rich, he wants you to admire his richness, genuflect at his richness and be in awe of his life. THAT IS HIS FUNDEMENTAL BELIEF

Actually, the valid comparison in my post was the type of argument. Mine was exactly the kind of shit you have been spewing, except I was only using it as an example to demonstrate just how ridiculous you are.

A fetus is not a human being. It is different from living human beings in a way that racial or religious minorities are not different from other living human beings. Your comparison fails completely on its lack of merit.

If you really believe babies are being murdered, why aren't you doing something to stop it?

He takes pleasure in his cruelty to others, and that incites his base further. That's the point there.

Mia Love slams Trump in concession speech - CNNPolitics

Love made the comments about Trump in response to the President's post-Election Day news conference, in which he declared that Love had lost the race despite votes still being counted and attacked the congresswoman for not embracing him as a campaigner.

"Mia Love gave me no love and she lost," Trump said. "Too bad. Sorry about that, Mia."

"The President's behavior towards me made me wonder: What did he have to gain by saying such a thing about a fellow Republican," Love said during her speech in Salt Lake City. "It was not really about asking him to do more, was it? Or was it something else? Well Mr. President, we'll have to chat about that."

She continued, "However, this gave me a clear vision of his world as it is. No real relationships, just convenient transactions. That is an insufficient way to implement sincere service and policy."

That part I wholeheartedly agree with. But he lacks the intellectual and emotional ability to have a belief.
