I disagree. There's no question American car makers cars are better built than they used to be. I cite an adult lifetime as a rental car customer in evidence. Sometime around Monica Lewinsky, American car makers started getting much better. Their problem is they are so dependent on the domestic market, which wants pickups and SUVs.

 

This is different than Fox cable news. The FCC can strip licenses for this kind of crap quite legally, and I'd assume any Democratic President would make that a priority.

He’ll also be upset to learn that me and my co-workers in Ohio build a majority of the engines that go in Hondas. Biggest Honda engine plant in the world, actually. We even send them to Japan to be put in Japanese Hondas. And build the engine for the $200,000 NSX.

We’re pretty damn good at building engines. Not just for Americans.
