    Of course, I bet folks out there are a bit concerned about tossing that kid into the snow!

    Earth to Floridians and morans: fresh deep snow is soft.

    (Unless it sleets on top of it, or if there’s a fire hydrant buried under it.)

    As a former Floridian, it’s not the the landing, but the fact that the baby is buried in that soft, cold snow.

    LOL. Good one.

    As someone who visits Tampa/Clearwater frequently, I’m amazed at the combination of temperature and wind required to cause the mass donning of outerwear.

    And then there’s those folks with white shirts and black pants, and electrodes.
