The fact that Coulter can say this and it doesn’t even make a ripple with either FNC or anyone else is just crazy.

Jackson gets in on the basis of his treatment of Native Americans. Perhaps no big deal at the time - but really horrible now.

People seriously need to quit attacking Jackson and others with modern values.
Jackson signed the Indian Removal Act and enforced it, because that's the job of the Executive Branch, but it was passed by Congress. It's not like it was just something he came up with one his own.
Yes, he was a slave owner, but so were the majority of the first 18 presidents - yes, 18, including Grant.
The two who owned the most were Jefferson and Washington respectively. Madison, the Father of the Constitution, owned slaves. Monroe, president during the Era of Good Feelings and the man who wanted to ship free blacks back to Africa, owned slaves. All these guys get a pass because they were Founding Fathers?
Jackson was a man of his time. Was he a nice guy? Probably not. He and David Crockett had a falling out over some of his policies. He actually kept the country together decades before the actual Civil War when he threatened to hang Calhoun for stirring up secession talk in South Carolina.
Stop painting him as a devil. There are plenty of other options for that.
