The guy who attacked the Strasbourg Christmas market and killed three people was cornered and shot it out with French cops. He lost. Since I will be in Strasbourg come Saturday, I regard this as a positive development. PS: In Paris' fancier shopping districts, you can still see some windows busted by the gilets jaunes or the casseurs.

Least we think the Trump Administration went one f'ing minute without being corrupt.

I genuinely forgot about that one. There are just so, so many of them.

I'll take the clean water over the wall.

I'm also saying I don't think an 11-year-old didn't tell Tomi Lahren to shut up at 6:25 a.m. Which I'm guessing is why you posted that tweet in the first place. Because some adult administrating an 11-year-old's twitter account did that. And I think that's kind of weird, and wrong, to be honest.

Is the U.S. House going to have time to do anything besides investigating Trump?

Of course you do. Just like 'your type' have all kinds of problems with the Parkland kids (and their surrogates) criticizing the President and the NRA.

    Wash, rinse, repeat.

Oh, it's a real kid, and that same real kid has also advocated for clean water in her own way.

I do not think she's on Twitter at 6:25 a.m. juxtaposing the cost of a border wall with the cost of clean water. Do you? If she is, hey, major props.

The account does say it's administrated by her mom.

I'm confident my views on gun control are pretty far to the left.

I have no particular issue with the substance of the criticism, and it has been effective, I suspect, in creating a generation of voters-to-be that will ultimately support gun control measures. (Not unlike Call of Duty games helped create a generation of people pliant to the idea of first-person shooting, and also the bloody nature of war and soldiers in general.)

The Parkland activism did feel awful quick and well-funded though. I will say that. I'm a journalist at heart. Call me skeptical.

Considering Trump, it's possible he didn't. But that's not a defense.

Would it be better if I knocked?

How often does one need to post? Or, more to the point, what kind of posting would be preferable to you so as to be acceptable?
