    LOL.

Trump opining about the Edwards campaign finance case on FNC back in a simpler time.

    1. It'll be a fairly popular rollback.

    2. The guy's worked with the EPA prior to Trump.

Az just happened to post a link to a sexy BBC headline. I clicked on it and was familiar with the issue and the dumb headaches (and lawsuits) that came with farmers/developers not being sure if they needed a federal permit to do something around their farm pond because the Obama EPA created confusion around whether they were protected waters.

Once SCOTUS ruled (8-0) that property owners could take the US Army Corps of Engineers rulings to court, a revised definition was helpful.

Now, to be clear, environmentalists don't like it. But they wouldn't. And they're not always reasonable, either.

Journalism has become rife with stories that cite non-profit advocates of any given cause - for tax reform, for the environment, for whatever - as some kind of objective institution of thought. Usually they're not. Usually they have a position, raise money to promote that position, and should be seen skeptically as a result.

That is actually one of the few old Trump clips that doesn't contradict what the new Trump wants today. He said he didn't like Edwards, but he thought going after him on a campaign finance violation was a big waste of time and money.

Too early to call RICO on Trump Administration?

Prior to November 2016 I would agree with you about viewing opinions with skepticism. But the administration’s positions are pecuniary with no regard for the environment, or with property owners that aren’t in alignment with trump’s ability to squeeze a dollar from someone else.
