This may be a dumb question, but I was under the impression Congress passed and Trump signed a 2018 budget, why the need for a CR?

 

Paul Ryan should be remembered as a spineless fraud who failed at everything he pretended to hold dear in his job. He failed at everything he wanted to do.

 

I do wonder if "the wall" will be the next "repeal Obamacare" thing that the GOP continuously uses to engorge their base only to leave it hanging when it comes time to do the deed.
