3) If it comes to the point of criminal proceedings, claim "virtually everyone is convinced of my guilt*, therefore it is impossible for me to get a fair trial."


*- because virtually everyone saw you commit the crime in full public view.

No previous president, or major party candidate, would ever -- even once -- have made any of those statements, even as obvious jokes.
