Don't worry! There's plenty of money! Why i just printed up a couple billion bucks in cash for the "president."

In fact I do that every day!

The US didn't "create" Israel. The US wasn't even the first country to recognize Israel.

The NYT absorbed in proxy battles. Up is down.

Again: My point relates to Trump’s ineffectiveness as president. Somehow, this move is viewed as the worst possible thing Trump could do, because it’s Trump doing it. Never mind the hideous quagmire the Bush era created in the Middle East...we’ve got to check Iran? That’s hawk talk.

Hey, if you’re for Middle East interventionist military policies, I may not agree but, there’s an argument for it.

Have you historically been for them?

Boehlert's hard-on for the NYT is absurd.

Just because Boehlert runs an agenda driven site masquerading as a news outlet doesn't mean the NYT should. He and Shareblue do as much damage to the discourse in this country as Breitbart.

Trump's impulsive decision leaves a vacuum, never desirable, and will lead to more bloodshed. But every US decision in the Middle East leads to more bloodshed, so I don't blame him for that. Truth is, this is likely his decision most in tune with American public opinion, as opposed to American elite opinion, which believes in American empire as the proof of our exceptionalism. Of course what they mean is that empire makes working for a think tank or serving as deputy assistant Sec. of State for Region of the World My Countrymen Cannot Find on a Map serious and important, nay, vital jobs for the survival of the Republic. I view all Trump decisions with skepticism, but on this one, at least he's not punching down. He's pissed off the right people.

I wish Paul’s neighbor back in Kentucky would air some more grievances with him.
