    Not particularly.

But I certainly oppose a "policy" based on nothing more than Trump's impulse control problems and ignorance of diplomacy, one that abandons the Israelis, the Kurds and the coalition to fight ISIS, while destabilizing the region even further.

It's not necessarily what Trump is doing, but how he's doing it.

"You break it, you buy it." Same for Afghanistan.

Let's say you wanted to start a good old-fashioned fractional-reserve banking financial panic. A good strategy would be to threaten to fire the chairman of the Federal Reserve and then have the Treasury Secretary announce to the world that he called the largest banks, and they are not, I repeat NOT, worried about a liquidity problem.

U.S. equities were so oversold on a short-term basis, that they were due for a bounce -- just technically -- if these guys weren't tripping over their own shoes. But even with a normally low-volume half day, before the open the U.S. equity indexes are making new lows. They did announce that Mnuchin is going to take an hour from his time around the pool in Cabo, and he has a phone call with the plunge protection team today. Which in itself is funny. Who announces that? But I guess now we can see if the trading desk at the NY Fed is still capable of putting in large indiscriminate buy orders without fucking it up. Or does the cloud that extends over everything Trump touches now extend to them, too.

Hmmmm. What if the Secretary of the Treasury, for close to two years now, has been printing up billions-- hundreds of billions, trillions -- of dollars of paper currency for the personal use of the leader, and shipping it off to undisclosed locations at his direction?

    Hmmmm.

    Think about it.

What would Fucko do if he was a night clerk at a 7-Eleven?

He'd grab $20s out of the cash register.

Well guess what: Fucko's got his fingers in the biggest cash box of them all.

    He's stealing ALL the money.

Crashing the financial markets is going to be the coup d'grace - the final part of the plan. He and his buds are shorting everything. They'll clean up and head to a country with no extradition treaty. I mean, it isn't as if he'd be giving much up going on the lam. He's already got Worst Ever President locked up (and there will be no coming back from that ) - why not make some money on it?
