I believe they have at least one permanent base there and with it a Mediterranean port. They've had to do some work (Kaliningrad) to accomplish a port that is on their soil and anywhere near an ocean they can sail on more than six months of the year.

I feel guilty for noting this, but Ms. Ocasio-Cortez is a 29-year-old single woman. I don't watch a lot of cable news, but I'm guessing that plays pretty well on many forms of media even with the sound off. I can't be the only one who's a sucker for brown eyes.

And yes, that's very shallow, but if the package (no pun intended) didn't sell the message, Fox would have a lot fewer blondes at the anchor desk. Also, as any high school clique movie will demonstrate, pretty girls tend to form the core of many social circles, even when everyone's intentions are good.
