It's the scariest episode of "Black Mirror" ever.

The Electoral College failed to do exactly what it was put in place to do in 2016. It was designed as a stop-gap in case the uninformed masses made a poor decision at the polls, and the electors could instead seat a qualified person as the chief executive. Massive fail.

It won't go away in our lifetimes. Even if you got two thirds of both houses to agree to an amendment, there is zero chance 38 state legislatures would sign on ... especially seeing how most states are controlled by Republicans, and Republicans benefit the most from the Electoral College.

There isn’t any way to know whether Trump would have won a popular election. He didn’t campaign to win that. He campaigned to win the election he won by appealing to rust belt voters.

I’m fine with the college or a popular vote. But it’s intellectually dishonest to suggest that he couldn’t have won more votes out of California. He didn’t particularly try that hard to do so because there wasn’t any way he was going to win the state.

It’s like saying a tennis player’s 5-set US Open win is illegitimate because he won 7-5, 1-6, 7-5, 2-6, 7-6 and thus lost the “total games” contest 28-24.

Re: Elizabeth Warren. The Dems should absolutely not nominate anyone older than Trump was in 2016 for the 2020 election. Warren would be 71.

That's good because Isner won 1 fewer game before the 70-68 tiebreak.

Uncle Vlad has the Pee Tape and the trillions of dollars in cash Fucko has looted from the Treasury.

He can make Fatboy kneel any time he snaps his fingers. He doesn't need any more leverage.

What Trump means when he said the Oval Office:

    Can we unpack this?

If Trump is Putin's puppet, why would Putin need hostages to gain leverage?

It would seem to only make it harder for Trump to make any concessions to him under those circumstances.
