the irrational fear of everything by the ignorant trump supporters is frightening. if trump told them the terrorists had made it to Houston or Norman the white christians would start shooting everyone who looks different and the insane internet trolls would support them

Besides, as someone said, its not about policy choices, its a cult. Otherwise, why wouldn't the trump supporters question how things got so bad since last year?

I suspect that at least some of the TSA workers calling in sick are doing so because they have found other work that will actually give them money in exchange for their labor instead of the promise of a paycheck at some vague future date.

 

I don't disagree. But some news orgs are leaping to the conclusion that the government shutdown is the LONE reason why these workers are calling out, and I think that's a bridge too far.

Pelosi and Schumer are doing the Democratic rebuttal to Trump's speech tonight, so yes, the D's will be getting equal time, and no, one of the potential presidential candidates won't get that stage.
