Another unintended consequence of the shutdown: With the parks closed, no one is raking the forest.
Seriously, why did he go back to this after laying such a colossal egg last night? No doubt inspired by Gov. Newsom's inaugural address Monday.

It appears to have been the subject of the day on One America News Network. Apparently Fox News isn’t fascist and Russian enough for him anymore

Reminder: we know that Manafort has admitted to sharing proprietary campaign data with Russian intelligence because his team thought that changing the background color to black on a section of a word file redacted it, not realizing anyone could still copy-paste the text.

It's a good thing I'm not David McCullough, because I would be tempted to narrate everything I did in life like it was Ken Burns' Civil War.

"And then the officer, who at 12 while riding his bike once saw Lyndon Johnson get a speeding ticket in his small Texas town, tore the speeding ticket from his pad and McCullough's money for gin was all gone. His wife looked on without saying a word, having warned him years before his heavy foot would be his undoing. Old Leadfoot, she called him."

As someone who gets overnight ratings every morning and knows how these things are tabulated.... that story is based on nothing. It's really meaningless.
