You've got the 'oo' sound in 'Luther' right next to the hard 'k' sound in 'King.' It's a terrible opportunity to screw up.

I suspect Greenberg got by 9 years ago because he was a big enough star on a big enough network and it was an unscripted show. He still got roasted for it online.

In general though, and in the current moment, if you're on the midmarket Farm Report anchor desk and you say it, pack your bags.

 

This guy in St. Louis will survive because he’s in a Trumpist state and because his station is an affiliate of Fox. Even if the station isn’t an O & O, the viewers don’t know the difference and will raise hell if something with the Fox brand betrays Trumpist Values.

 

Somehow I doubt the Farm Report audience would really care.
