Nothing. Demand isn't suddenly going to stop — or ever stop. People want to get high, and they're going to find a way to do it.

 

Nothing stops the drugs. Haven't we learned that by now? That biggest seizure ever probably is the equivalent of supermarket produce spoilage on the market.
