President Trump: The NEW one and only politics thread

No matter who is president, the SOTU needs to stop being political theater and a rundown on, you know, how the country is doing.

 

I hope the WH has vetted all of these guests better than their other appointments.

 

Now we are going with how high tech a see-through steel barrier ... "not just a simple concrete wall."

 

Worst part of this thing regardless of party is the bootlickers, sycophants and knob gobblers who whoop and yell in the crowd on every banal talking point.

 

And the Dem women just stole Trump’s applause line on 58 percent of women having new jobs.

 

Holy shit that was great.

I'll give him credit, he rolled with it pretty well when he said, "Don't sit yet, you're going to like this ..."

 

Credit where’s it’s due. Trump’s don’t sit yet line to the Dem women was good.

 

It really is embarrassing for Congress to break out into chants like the SOTU is a soccer match.
