Whitaker is trying to run out the clock.
Either he invokes privilege or he doesn't.
But the oaf still has to show up and testify.

Only the POTUS can invoke executive privilege.

    I'm not swingline - I'm Fart.
The great Rose Bowl superduperstar can ape his boss and invoke privilege, according to Ted Lieu.

SCOTUS pulls a surprise and declines to validate a Louisiana law that appears to run afoul of the Whole Women's Health ruling. Roberts, that libruhl turncoat, joins with Ginsburg and breaks with Beer Bong Brett. The Supremes can apparently take up the matter for real and in full at a later date.

Define irony: In taking apart campaign finance laws, Ocasio-Cortez closed her speech with a riff on the president who took a lot less PAC money than most candidates. The president spent $66.1 million of his own money - earned in ways, yes, I may find unsavory - in the campaign.

If there's one thing he's not beholden to, it's PACs.

But I credit AOC for her delivery of those lines, which appeared to be in written form, as well. (I base on the timing of how she says "fabulous.") It's certainly effective. Palin had an effective delivery, too, of course. As does Trump.

One of those three is smart. And it's not Queen Dumbass of the Apocalypse or the guy who, in today's National Prayer Breakfast, said people of faith have done great things, including the elimination of civil rights.

I think that video was edited to eliminate pauses.

Pretty sure the Virginia AG called for Northam to resign before his own thing.

Who needs PACs when you've got Putin?
