    Or she just didn't get the gig and bowed out ahead of the announcement. But announced in the dead of a three day weekend, so there may be something there. Worth noting, the UN Ambassador in the Trump admin going forward is going to be sub-cabinet level answering to the Sec. of State - not an "equal" of the Sec. of State.
