Sometimes life is just better when they do the babyface thing.

That womens tag title match was one of those times. All the feels.

 

Umm, Jimmy Uso gets arrested two days ago. Tonight, the Uso’s win the tag team titles. That one is a head scratcher.

 

They got a good 50 minutes or so. Not surprising about Bailey and Sasha winning.

Side note: if Goldberg didn’t break the glass the first time he speared Jericho through it, I can imagine how weak it was for the women’s IC match tonight. Nia Jax has no issues breaking it.

 

Well, last year, an elementary school got a tag team champion. This year, it’s the prison system’s turn.

 

Terry Gordy was supposed to be Hogan’s original opponent, but he didn’t want to job, so Hansen offered to do it instead.

 

Finn new IC champion. Glad they removed that title from the boring Bobby Lashley.

 

That does nothing for Becky. That was pretty bad, actually.

 

What if the booker at the jail was a mark? Did he say .... Welcome .... to the penitentiary?

 

Cellmate: Disorderly conduct, huh? How long are you in for?

Uso: Not sure. I was drunk, so I'm not even sure how long I've been here.

Cellmate: So it's Day Oneish of your sentence?

(Are they gonna close shop at like 10:15 or is there some surprise coming? These timing things always puzzle me)

 

Well that was the ultimate tease. Of course, I wasn't that interested in the show until it looked like they might put Kofi over, so smart booking on that part.

And it was a good match also.
