    That's some great newspaper design.

Four lines of type under a 2-line, 6-column, 72-point headline.

Heck, the composing room even had to space out a couple of lines to fill its 24-line hole.

Seriously, does everyone who tweets about that peckerwood have to preface it with what a wonderful journalist he's been?

The Goodloe Suttons of the world can't die off fast enough. I don't care how diligently he's served the good White folks of Montgomery.

He was good at first. Then he went just a bit too far. I've heard about somebody else in history.

I don't disagree there. That's why O'Rourke might be the best shot.

There is a USA Today piece this morning about Sutton's editorial. He talks about Democrats being socialists. I said during the State of the Union that would be the dog whistle for 2020, and it's already started.

And just like that, I checked my email at work, and this is nugget from my House Rep.

Now that House Democrats have the majority, they have replaced our agenda with an agenda much more closely aligned with socialist principles and government control over all aspects of life. As President Trump pointed out in his State of the Union speech, history is littered with examples of the destruction caused by socialism, with Venezuela being the most recent. No document better lays out Democrats’ embrace of socialism than their recently-introduced “Green New Deal.”
