No, her kids would be like my kids, for whom the Raiders have been a joke since they were old enough to start following sports. It's the reverse of the Patriots. My children can't believe that when I started covering the team in the '80s, the Patriots were a joke franchise.

 

So you did well teaching your kids that bad boys (or girls) may seem fun, but ultimately are a joke and are to be avoided.

JFC, this guy. Is it just pot? Because if it is -- and he's not getting in trouble otherwise off the field, as far as I know -- then this is just bullshit. Give him a damn waiver for it. I'm only half joking.

The Raiders seem more like the guy who got a tattoo with her name on it about a week before she dumped him.

 

Jason Witten signs deal to return to Cowboys. Don't know how much this helps Dallas, but it's a big win for ESPN.

 

Maybe now he can afford some suits that actually fit him.

 

It's always sad when somebody sucks so bad at retirement that they go back to work.
