Shoot, work, whatever. I'm over this breaking the fourth wall shit.

Good look for a PG-era champion.

Im good with edgy stuff but I think its silly to suggest WWE gave in to PC culture. Their veer to PG started before the current social media offended generation.... it was a conscious choice hardly forced by any mob

The women’s division can stay the way it is. We don’t need to see bra and panties match. We don’t need more chair shots to the head. I just want more blood - done in a safe manner.

I think this is about where I am. The Attitude Era was fun, but we don't need to redo it. I doubt that level of debauchery would go over well these days anyway. Can you imagine the reaction to a bra and panties match now, in the era of #MeToo?
A lot of the things they've done to tone it down since then have been for the better, both from a safety standpoint and for creating a new generation of fans that will watch wrestling for years to come.

If they're ending the PG era though, I'd actually go the opposite way with the women's division - Not back to bra and panties matches, but instead, do hardcore matches, do a first blood match, etc.

“Stop giving in to PC culture.”

Which means on Fox, we’ll be seeing Graves referring to “Chico Almas,” referring to Woods as “Buckwheat,” the Usos shaking off headbutts because of their hard heads, wolf whistles as the women do their bra and panties pillow fights, and Velveteen Dream’s opponents encouraging the crowd to chant “f-gg-t.”

The old days were a lot of fun, but there were an awful lot of cringe-worthy moments back then too.

They're already trending that way, aren't they? That Charlotte-Becky last man standing match at Evolution was the most physical match -- men's or women's -- that I've seen in years. They've also done the Hell in a Cell and Elimination Chamber matches with the women.
Hardcore and first blood matches in general have become pretty rare.

I would say PC and edgy arent the same thing. NXT is probably edgier than Raw but its not an R rated show.

I think having Smackdown different from Raw in more obvious ways could be a great thing but I dont think raunch is the way to do it

Yep. And now that they're a publicly traded company on Wall Street, I can't see the Attitude Era ever really coming back, especially on the women's side.

The gratuitous sex stuff won’t happen in this era. There won’t be chairshots to the head. But maybe they’ll be a bit more edgy rather than now.

When was the last time Braun Strowman wasnt on a pay per view?

What a botch they made of his build.
