A lie is knowing the truth and then making a decision to utter something else. Trump isn’t smart, engaged, knowledgeable or educated enough to know anything of substance. He’s not lying, he’s not aware enough to lie. He just says random shit,usually to insult or demean someone. Holding him to a prior statement or promise is unproductive. His supporters don’t care. They want to criminalize abortion, slash government and hurt everyone else.
