And then when Bernie was mathematically eliminated like some baseball team in mid-September, Hillary promised to offer an olive branch to his supporters and....chose equally weak-assed (and pro-life) Tim Caine as a running mate. She wasn't even trying.

She didn’t get the interview because of her reputation as a hard hitting (or even competent) journalist.

A Fox News spokesman declined to provide comment on Ocasio-Cortez’s suggestion that the network has fixated on her to an unusual degree.

There is some evidence that her name has circulated on Fox News more than other cable networks.

In a daily average last month, she has been talked about on Fox News 4½ times as much as on MSNBC and nine times as much as on CNN, The Post’s Philip Bump noted.

Conservative media coverage has resulted in “side effects of this Fox News lunacy,” Ocasio-Cortez said. She told Meyers a lawmaker asked her if she was paid $10 million by Netflix after it acquired rights for a documentary that involves her.

“I’m like, ‘No,’ ” she said. “ 'What else do you not know! This is concerning!’ “ It is not clear if a Fox News segment ever raised the issue of her being paid for the rights, which has been debunked

God we need like a zap machine hooked up to every liberal or Democratic voter that just buzzes the shit out of them if they start to talk about the 2016 primaries.

Revolution and financial crisis will wrack US: Bannon

America is heading for a revolution which will "cut like a scythe through grass", Donald Trump's former chief advisor Steve Bannon predicts in a revealing new film.

The man credited with putting Trump in the White House warns in a documentary which premiered at the Venice film festival Wednesday that "if you don't allow for some way to spread the wealth, there will be a revolution in this country."

"We are going to have another financial crisis -- anyone who is smart sees it's coming," Bannon told Errol Morris in a series of long interviews for "American Dharma."

    ...

"I believe you need radical restructuring," Bannon declared. "It can't be a pillow fight. You need killers to get change.

"That is why Trump is president," he told Morris, who won an Oscar for his confessional film "The Fog of War" about the architect of the Vietnam war, Robert McNamara.

"It was clear as daylight that someone like Trump was coming," Bannon added.

    ...

Bannon said he had simplified the campaign to a series of populist slogans: "Build the wall" (with Mexico), destroy the Islamic State, confront China and "get the hell out of Iraq and Afghanistan".

He had urged the president to "drop the hammer" as soon as he got into office with a flurry of executive orders including the hugely divisive "Muslim ban".

"If you hit the media with five things at a time, three will go through. They can only handle so much," Bannon said.

I don't believe that intelligence alone makes one qualified for anything.
    Clinton is smarter than Trump.
    So what.
So is everyone on this site. So is everyone I know.
Electability, like employability, is a thing and the Dems still really don't seem to understand this.

    So...

Can't be any media that'd criticize her.

    and

If it calls her a phenom, media has to be big enough and cool enough.

    Got it.

Does a Congresswoman who's been in office for two months being on late-night TV count? No?

Let us know when something qualifies.
