Depends on how it's written. If there are decorative sentences in it such as "There is significant and considerable evidence the President obstructed justice" or, "The Trump campaign aggressively sought assistance from the Russian government" then Barr would be a fool to suppress them, as they would leak for sure. Oddly enough, the more ambiguous it is, the more likely it is to remain hidden, allowing Trump and Co. to cherry pick sentences and probably single adverbs.

It's his ass. He would be impeached by the House in an hour if something like that got out. It's also important to realize that probably the part of the report that comes from intelligence community evidence will never be revealed or might not even be included because it's largely signals intelligence. Don't forget, Putin's gonna read this report about an hour after Trump gets his hands on it.
