I'd raise a glass and do the Snoopy dance in the middle of my front yard if a few key GOP senators pulled a Shawshank warden over the weekend.

 

Why do I get the feeling this will be a giant, wet fart?

 

If they were going to frogmarch Trump or his offspring out of the West Wing, we’d have known by now.

The report is therefore a bust.

 

Trump previously said he wanted the American people to see it because there's no collusion.

If he changes his tune, well, we'll know it's not good for him.

It had better deliver.

 

He says everything. He’s on record for and against everything. He’s just a mentally slow and shallow dim asshole.

Why America needs to see the Mueller report, right now

 

If the report shows no evidence of obstruction of justice or abuse of power, then its authors are incompetent enough to be IN the Trump Administration.

 

On the front end of this thing, our Intel received the heads up from all over the allied intel services. They were getting things as a byproduct of existing surveillance and elint conducted by our allies, and they'll almost certainly redact a large part of that.. Again, sources and methods.

 

Which news organization is it leaked to first? NY Times? WaPost? CNN? Politico? TMZ?

 

Looks like it broke around 5:40 eastern. Earliest I see popping up on Google news is the Times and CBS, both about an hour ago. Not definitive on the time by any means.

 

It is interesting that so many people now assume the report is a bust just because it is finished. Trump was never going to be indicted, because that'sginst
DOJ policy, and Mueller is as by the book as you can get. The special counsel regulations also forbid an impeachment recommendation per se. All it contains is here's who we indicted and why, and here's who we didn't indict and why," If the latter contains the phrase "pursuant to DOJ policy" and the name Donald Trump, that'll be plenty sufficient.
