Trump essentially is a mob boss, though Capone was far more intelligent.

He'll go down like Capone all the same. Trump may have been able to obfuscate and obstruct his way out of this investigation, but not everything.

Just like Capone never had murder charges pinned on him, Trump got away with this. But just like Capone, Trump will go down on tax evasion and other financial crimes.

It may not happen until he's out of office. But it will happen.

Won't matter. Almost everyone who Trump would consider pardoning is also under indictment or in jail for other crimes that he can't erase with a pardon. Manafort, in particular, cannot be pardoned no matter how much Trump wants to.

If nothing else - I do hope all Americans will stipulate to the facts and conclusions Mueller published and not just the parts that support their political leanings.

Can't stipulate to the facts until the entire report is made public.

Except it isn't, but once again the guy who hates President Trump is taking the side of President Trump.

On the plus side, the connection to Al Capone isn't awful, though I suspect Capone was a hell of a lot tougher.

It's not doublespeak. It's honest speak, something the people defending President Trump don't understand.

So let’s see. For those keeping score. In Republicanland, Trump has been exonerated.

    By 13 angry Democrats.

And it’s Democrats who are losers.

    Hmmmm.

Trump believes in institutions only when they serve his purpose.

So the meeting Don Jr. (who was not interviewed by Mueller's team) took at Trump Tower with Russians to get dirt on HRC was what, exactly? Just hardball politics?

How about Besty Devos' brother Erik Prince and his lies?

    Roger Stone? Corsi?

And why fire Comey and Sessions if there was nothing to worry about?

At least we don't have to see De Niro on SNL anymore.
