Nobody will care in 2020 if Trump didn’t collude with the Russians. They will care if insurance companies refuse to enroll them because they had cancer.

Trump must be defeated next year. It is a moral imperative.

 

Trump will be tough to beat for his two main bases of support, the most powerful forces in our society -- organized great wealth and white racism. But it can happen because organized wealth, at least, is really unpopular.

 

If Trump goes down, it will be from within the GOP.

If they don't want him, they blackmail him with leaking things that will embarrass him like videos of him doing awful things to women and the full unredacted report.

All he has to do is not run and throw his support at a Pence 2020 ticket.
