I don't think this is directed by President Trump at all. This is what DeVos has been doing for a long time, trying to steal money from public education and funnel it into private education. That's exactly what is going on in that budget.

 

As I said, it's about stealing money from public education to pay for private schools. It's what she has been doing since long before she joined the Trump administration. I doubt he even cares.

 

Reminder. Any President's budget is a request only. Congress either passes its own budget, or operates under continuing resolutions allowing it to pass appropriations bills, without which nothing gets spent at all.
