As an Orioles fan, I fear it will be 2023 before I can be excited about Opening Day again. That's OK, I have hockey and soccer to keep me occupied. The Os may as well exist in a vacuum.

The All-Day Breakfast Dog is one of the sexiest things I've ever seen.
    86 the green onions though.

Frank Schwindel in Opening Day lineup for KC. Known him for years, long time coming.

Rangers off to a great start in burning up their bullpen. They use 7 pitchers in all, only 1 (starter Minor) of whom most people have at least heard of. And Minor didn't make it out of the fifth.

This Texas team might actually challenge Baltimore at the bottom. When does NFL training camp begin?

Went to the Jays' opener today. Nine innings in about 2 hours and 10 minutes. 0-0, 4 combined hits, maybe 12 balls hit out of the infield. 5 walks, 19Ks. Not much entertainment. People were bored.

I left before extra innings because I had to watch Montreal/Columbus.

Voit and Bird kept up their battle for the starting 1B position today, each bombing a homer in a 7-2 win over the Baltimore JV squad.

The Angels did their part to decrease the length of the game, rapping out 3 hits vs. the A's ... in 2:18.
