Dumpf's fascist cult wants to reverse gears back to the 1920s, before the New Deal, and when the KKK ran half the nation.

Can't this be the one time Biden says...

"Hey, folks, God love ya! I didn't really kiss her on my own. I saw other politicians behave like this and I simply lifted their ideas. Please forgive me?"

Apparently AOC said Republicans in Congress passed the 22nd amendment to keep Roosevelt from getting re-elected.
He showed them. He died two years earlier. Never mind the fact that Congress just doesn't simply vote to amend the Constitution.

"They had to amend the Constitution of the United States to make sure Roosevelt did not get reelected," Ocasio-Cortez said Friday during a night hall event with MSNBC with Chris Hayes.

She isn't doing herself any favors with stuff like that.

This could be a misspeak. It's certainly true it was passed so that no other Democrat like Roosevelt could serve more than two terms. Then the next two Presidents who would've won third terms in a romp were Republicans, Ike and Reagan.

That Reagan third term would have been, uh, interesting.

Yes, it's quite possible Nancy, the operative Reagan in 1988, wouldn't have let him run But had he run, he'd have won. Of course, so would've Clinton and Obama in 2000 and 2016.
