The intense effort required to excel in Carson's discipline makes it almost impossible to follow anything else. There's only so much time and energy to go around even if you're a genius. And success often leads to the incorrect assumption mastering other fields is easy. This is one reason doctors have been since time immemorial a prime target for financial scammers.

 

Isn't that more like "Mueller couldn't make a case because a key witness intentionally tainted his own testimony, fully expecting a pardon"?

 

As to Cain and Carson, they're not any more inept or corrupt than many others in the Trump circle. They fit right in.

That’s pretty much bullshit. I get that his specialty is difficult but he hasn’t done it in years. Our oncologist is well regarded and learned and he’s got intelligent views and opinions on a wide range of topic, my orthopedist is eaxtraordinary and while I don’t agree with his political view point he’s knowledgeable and smart about many things. My father in law is a retired cardiologist and has wide ranging education. Carson is skilled and gifted at what he does. But he has displayed the intelligence and knowledge of a 60 year old 5th grade drop out whose had his frontal lobe removed on every other topic. Herman Cain can’t ecen make a good pizza

 

But Carson is, I believe, the only fucking brain surgeon in Trump's circle and I doubt he could figure out how to use a microwave oven. But I agree he is par for the course.

 

No one sensible wants to work for these fucking clowns so they have no other choice but people like Herman Cain.
My brother-in-law is a superb mechanic but I wouldn't ask him to work a piece of copy.
