Takeovers are so absurd. Every match that starts I say to myself “jeez this is on already.” Cards stacked to the gills

The first two matches were insane. Main roster’s got a tough act to follow.

    Gargano is just the best.

I think Kofi/Bryan and the womens 3way are the only main roster matches with both the story and that will get the time to match what we saw tonight

I love the guy. Hes a modern HBK, because I feel like as a fan Ive watched him grow from the unsigned guy on the cruiserweight classic to this, the same way I watched Shawn start in the Rockers.

    100 percent full mark out

A philosophical question: Can a man kick out of a pin attempt if he has nothing with which to kick?
A practical question: Is he hard to pin because none of his opponents can hook the leg?
A debatable question: Would he be better or worse in an ass-kicking contest than Zack Gowen?

I love Gargano. I don’t really see the comp. I see him more like Jericho than HBK. That said, do you believe he’ll have a career similar to Shawn’s?

I think of HBK because of the tag team start and the size.

Showing my age, the first time I got into Jericho was his comedy heel stuff in WCW so I didnt make much connection. In ring I see it though.

I think an HBK or Daniel Bryan career is realistic. Johnnys had ridiculous incredible matches with all manner of opponents, Almas, Black, Ciampa, Cole. All shapes and sizes, hell even AOP in tag matches. He never has even a mediocre Takeover. And he has the unseen impossible to define thing that connects with the audience.

I could see him actually replicating what he did last night on a Wrestlemania bc of his size and story

Invisible Man vs. Vacant would be a great Falls Count Anywhere match.

Ric Flair would have had a helluva time putting the Figure Four Leglock on him.
