That might have changed the seeding some, but Cincinnati wasn't even in Michigan State's region in the tournament. Michigan State was still definitely one of the legitimate title contenders that season -- they'd made the Final Four the year before and went into the tournament at 26-7 -- not some goofy out-of-nowhere 8-seed making a run like North Carolina did that year.

I also noticed they had a spot for him on press row when they showed Sid Hartman on the broadcast.

I will be very surprised if Texas Tech doesn't win tomorrow night, and relatively handily, too. UVa plays tough defense. Tech plays it ferociously.

We will see how that center’s ankle is holding up.

If that center is hurt, UVA might use Noble and go a line of Diatke, Noble and Hunter at times. UVA can get very tall and long if they want to and eat you up on the boards and defend the perimeter with that length.

    Huff.

You knew who I was talking about. :)

He could be a matchup nightmare for TT if they don’t have anyone over 6-8 on the floor.

If there was a god, the Texas Tech and UVA Players would meet privately today and decide not to play tomorrow’s game with out a cut of the ticket sales, TV rights and merchandise. Of the 30 scholarship players, will 6 make a living playing pro ball? Let them cash out now. Payment accepted in cash. Not sneakers, room and board and swag.
