Liverpool go through 4-1 in Porto, 6-1 on aggregate.

I thought it was included for plays like this so the AR wouldn't call offside on a very close play, so the play could continue and a goal would not be erased by an incorrect offside call. Now if the play results in a goal, it can be reviewed and erased if the player was offside, as in this case, or allowed if it's a legal play, which this one wasn't.

It's sort of like not blowing the whistle to stop play when there's a fumble. Let it play out instead, then go to replay if necessary.

If they make UCL next year, it’ll be all good.

Man U pissed down their leg at Everton, a match they really needed at least a point from.

(Yes ... on Easter Sunday ... they laid an egg.)

They're home to the Noisy Neighbours midweek and Chelsea next Sunday, and need points in both desperately.

(They close with a couple of layups — away to Huddersfield and home to Cardiff.)

I know you're all wondering: Today's Liverpool result means that if Burnley take one point in their last four games, or Cardiff drop one point in their last three, Burnley are safe and everything will be right in the world.

Before today I was impartial. But after intentionally having a bone-dry pitch and Warnock bitching about the refs again after the match, I hope Cardiff enjoys those trips to Aston Villa and Millwall next season.

Villa might be replacing them. Not a great chance, but a chance. Be nice if Leeds make it back up but it's a dog fight, as usual. Love promotion and relegation.

Almost forgot about the lack of ballboys to slow down play. What a bunch of Mickey Mouse horseshit.

Not to mention Millwall are only three points safe in the Championship.

Burnley safe for another season after today's draw at Chelsea, unless Cardiff somehow win their last three games by six-goal margins. Huge game for both clubs and surprisingly fun.

Sarri is not a good manager.
