And what happened to the Martin Jones I wanted to hang earlier in the series? Good Lord, 57 saves.

Managed to catch Game of Thrones and the double OT game winner before bed. Twas a good night. Now here's the hoping Toronto-Boston and Vegas-San Jose are the only Game 7s on the docket ...

 

Broke a franchise record that stood since the first year of the team.

 

As thrilling as close games are, I’d much prefer another game like Saturday and being on the correct side of a lopsided score.

Ovi has 11 hits Saturday.

Fuck drama. Crush them.

 

I had a line on reasonably priced tickets for tonight, but I really can't get out of work early (or show up late tomorrow) ... and knowing my luck, this would be the game that goes to triple OT and I'd have to drive from RDU to Richmond at midnight. So in short, will be watching from the couch.
