One chopped down a cherry tree and the other paid hush money to cover the fact he cheated on his wife with a porno actress/stripper who undoubtedly worked with someone named "Cherry Tree."

 

FNC loves its bogeymen (actually more the bogeywomen). She’s young, has beliefs outside of the mainstream which can be used to scare their base, is a minority and is not nearly as smart as she thinks she is. I don’t think her looks matter than much for them other than as someone who is distinctive.

Part of me thinks the political strategists crafting the anti-AOC stuff are just laying the groundwork because they see her as somebody who will be a threat for the next 20 or 30 years.

I'm guessing at this point the President is baiting the Dems to impeach him, figuring its the only way he can rally his base.

 

Putin offering Russian citizenship to "oppressed" Ukrainian citizens.

Ukraine President-elect Zelensky responds, "Aha! Ukraine will offer Ukrainian citizenship to 'oppressed' Russians."

Putin responds: "If they start granting citizenship to Russians, while we in Russia start granting citizenship to Ukrainians, we will gradually achieve the desirable outcome. Meaning we'll have common citizenship."

Game, set, match.
