I'll say again that Adam Schiff could be a strong Dem candidate. Especially with little traction for Kamala Harris so far. I could see Schiff holding his cards and then riding in after the primaries. With so many Dem candidates already, why not?

 

Because their lord and savior and former president hath told them all to do so.

But it actually plays quite well for Mayor Pete because a Trumpist ally with some political knowledge openly says Mayor Pete is a viable candidate.
