I have wondered why they stick with trump also. With pence at least they have someone who knows how to govern, knows the proper procedure to get things done. So many of trumps work is being challenged and sometimes failing in court. I am surprised but glad they have stuck with the moron who is incompetent. (of course, other than the whole ruining our democracy thing)

Worrying that POTUS is a dangerous traitor with zero ethics and total contempt for our system of government plays to Trump's advantage.

And that's probably not a good thing for Democrats.

I mean, it's obvious Mitch McConnell knows "the proper procedure to get things done." And yet he still pulled the Merrick Garland trick.

I believe the more you actually know, the more Garland-esque tricks you can pull.

At least Trump's bull-in-china-shop way of governing is subject to all kinds of legal challenges that derails a lot of the crap.

Gotta love the irony(?!?!?) in this.

A tweet based entirely on whom to believe is using TASS as its supporting evidence.

I could reword his tweet to say, "Never before in the country's history have we taken TASS' word on a goddamn thing . . . until now."

    Yes.
Also by proper procedure I meant that trump does not even know how to be president, how government works which leads to one comedy of errors episode after another. With pence in, yes, it is bad for dems and the country because he would run it like jesus tells him to. Unlike trump he knows a lot about this "person".
I just never understand why republicans would want trump when they could have had him ousted and had pence take over. I suppose the "base" thing stopped them. And maybe he really does have dirt on some of them.

Once they decided to stick with Trump after Access Hollywood, their fate was sealed. They were his prisoners, or rather, prisoners of their own venality and cowardice. I look forward to the live shots of prominent GOP office holders applauding Alex Jones during his appearance at the Republican National Convention.
