I've generally viewed the NBA playoffs as a slog - and it is - but it's damn impressive seeing a team like Portland - with their two stars from Weber St. and Lehigh and losing their best big man at the end of the regular year - making it to the conference finals. Might have also lost Hood. The team may not take home a trophy, but what they've done is quite an accomplishment.

They are going to have a hard time getting Kanter on the court, especially with a healthy Durant.

And they will be matching against a kid from Davidson.

A good, grind-em-out Game 7 here so far. Fourth period should be a battle royale

Haven’t seen firm bounce like that in Canada since Pamela Anderson.

That was a great, great, great game. That game-winner was like a slo-mo shot from a bad 80s movie.

Supposedly his job was riding on this series. Don't know how fair that is... but I will say, their offense down the stretch was horrendous.

They didn't implement The Process to get bounced out in the second round and have the infighting and underachieving they've had the past two seasons.

I was thinking the same thing.
And I don't know why this has always stuck with me, but I had flashbacks to an MTV Rock 'n Jock game from the early 90s where Chris Webber hit a 3-pointer near the end that bounced about five times before dropping in.
