Those folks in those graves behind him didn't die for a POTUS to act this way.

Draft dodger president, on foreign soil, attacks American war veteran--on D-Day at a military cemetery. What a damned swine.

    The problem isn't Trump.

The problem is the criticism of Trump.

It wasn't about the specific comment. He made a general statement that he is not an apologist for President Trump. That may be true, but he's clearly an apologist for Conservatives just as you are for Russia.

Who's your pick for the 2020 Democratic nominee? Got one yet?

Yes it was! It just wasn't YOUR comment (not every damn thing is about you). It was Oggiedoggie's comment.

Alma asked a simple question, "Did Mueller say cause?"

He was called an apologist for it.

An unnecessary clause at the beginning of a sentence that adds nothing and detracts from actually DEBATING THE REAL POINTS someone is trying to make. Happens all the time here.

I'm not a Democrat, but the party has its work cut out for it.

This Nate Silver chart makes the point that most folks are waiting for things to shake out before they declare for one or the other.

I think "electability" is a canard, especially if the DNC believes Biden is "electable." He's a nostalgia act.

"Generic Democrat X" beats Trump in most polls, but that's a laboratory exercise.

We'll know more once the debates begin in earnest.
