Just a reminder that this demented person has access to nuclear weapons:

I don't think she was being clumsy in her use. At all. To muddy the water with nuance would have reduced the reaction it was designed to get.

The challenge the Democrats have with AOC is in calling her exactly what she is: A headline-chasing faux-radical who's very savvy at creating firestorms and setting the discussion for virtue-signaling progressives who think a college lecture on semantics is always in order.

I don't think her intelligence is remotely in question. Her intentions may be.

It's different for a number of reasons. For one thing, she's not the President of the United States. She's not the leader of her party. Relatively speaking, she's a kid.

She has had her share of screw-ups, but it's nowhere near his level. I do think the Democrats who race to her aid are making a mistake. Republicans want to turn her into a battleground. They want her to be a threat to focus their base. They want her mistakes to somehow be equivalent to President Trump's even though they aren't even close. If she wants to do stuff like this, they should leave her to stand up to the backlash on her own.

Here's the thing. I think she's up to it. She says a lot I don't agree with, but she's more than capable of standing up for herself. Let her be a lightning rod, but leave her to take the heat. It's the best way she can serve the party leading up to the 2020 election.

Congrats. This may be one of the most idiotic comments ever presented on this board. You Sir are very special.

Agree or disagree with him, but O'Rourke has a well-thought out and comprehensive immigration policy plan. Obviously the devil is in the details and he'd need a Congress willing to actually work with its President, but the man's plan is much more detailed than "Trump, him, bad."

Honestly I was just pointing out that your comment was incredibly stupid and literally not one person has argued that nazi concentration camps were not all bad. As for the rest of your response...I will once again say Congrats...You Sir are very special.

When someone states not all concentration camps in Germany were extermination camps they are trying to minimize what happened there in order to protect aoc. If you don’t want to believe it, that’s your thing.

Not all 'concentration camps' are 'death camps.'

    Here's the positive:

He always manages to congratulate himself for turning the "dangerous" enemy country into something less dangerous.

As ridiculous as it may be, it helps ensure that WE won't be initiating any wars. Because Trump "fixed" the situation.

Only if you REALLY believe Iran/North Korea/Russia will actually launch a nuclear attack someday and Trump is giving them the green light is it a bad thing.

And 75 years of nuclear history tells us anyone who believes that is a fool.
