Man, this trial of a Navy SEAL is a pure clusterfuck now. They granted immunity to a fellow SEAL to testify against him, then he got on the stand and said he actually killed the prisoner - not the accused.

This is what you are saying now that the “she’s sending messages to the Muslims she hates the Jews and liberals won’t say so” was challenged by me.

Whether she used the term accurately, despite your contention she shouldn’t because of your belief in the ignorance of the Average American, or used it as hyperbole to draw attention to what the Administration is doing (she certainly is not the first to draw parallels to Nazi Germany, btw), I’m good with it.

BTW The conservatives today who are excoriating AOC for the use of concentration camp are direct descendants of those conservatives who refused the St Louis docking privileges with Jewish refuges. The same conservatives who were against fighting Germany in WWII. The same America Firsters who were isolationists in the 30s and 40s and then became the international interventionists in the post war years. In other words these are the same conservatives who have no morals or values

 

You have lost me on this one as I honestly see nothing remotely similar in the two arguements. But I am pretty tired at the end of the work day. As far as the part about what average americans think when they heard AOC...does this somehow change the actual definition of a term? Again, argue that because the average American is a fucking idiot she should use different terminology but don't dumb yourself down by arguing the actual dictionary definition of a term.
