SCOTUS didn’t strike down the citizenship question on the merits. It simply sent it back to the appellate court for further review. The matter is not entirely dead, although it certainly is dead for this court term.

They shot down Wilbur Ross' attempted backdoor through the DOJ by lying and saying that the DOJ requested the question. At that point, Trump got the bright idea of pushing it through the front door by not lying and simply adding it. Since the forms are due to print soon, he now wants to delay the census itself long enough to add the question and print the forms.

 

Go look at Gallup. He lost all three.

 

If trump announced he gave birth to triplets his supporters would say he’s the greatest mother of all time. And they’d be half right.
