    The first priority of a Democratic President should be the reorganization of the Border Patrol and ICE. It would involve mass firings and many prosecutions. If they claim contract rights, cite a national emergency.

    Try this for chilling. Axios is reporting that in more than one meeting with Homeland Security officials, Trump has asked why nuclear weapons couldn't be used to deflect hurricanes from the US.
