    Pelosi, as old school a pol as there is, has been told by 30 or so chickenshit new members of her caucus that impeachment can't come up because they're fucked whichever way they vote. In the old school tradition, she's taking the heat to keep us voting Democrats from knowing just who these gutless useless losers are so we can try to get rid of them. In the old school, that's admirable. In the real world, it's an atrocity.

    Johnson wants this to be voted down so he can fight a general election on a People vs. the Parliament basis. Unfortunately, the various folks opposed to this probably won't get their act together and the UK will "succeed" in leaving the EU at the end of October.

    Yes, the British government is being incompetent but let's be fair in giving the exact reason for their incompetence.

    They will be rewarded with a majority because Jeremy Corbin is as useless a twit as Boris Johnson. At least here in the States SOME of our pols did not come direct from Monty Python.
